How Can We Help?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All products are handmade and many are made to order. We aim to dispatch all items within 3 business days.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, Absolutely! Please get in touch to discuss your ideas.

Will my item be exactly as pictured?

All items are handmade and bespoke, therefore there will be variations in the patterns of the fabrics. This means each piece is unique.

Do you accept returns?

If an item is faulty, please get in touch within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement. 

Are all of your products on your webiste?

No. As this is still a very new website, not all products are listed yet. There are plenty more ideas on our Facebook and Instagram pages. If you've seen something on there that you'd like but you can't find on the website yet please get in touch.
